At Soft Flux IT, we build premium management software (including Dentzo, POS, and custom ERPs). We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring your business and personal data is secure and handled with the utmost care.

1. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

  • Name, mobile number, email address, NID, and relevant professional registrations (e.g., BM&DC Registration Number).
  • Business name, address, and company logo or branding.

b. App Data (Business & Patient Data)

  • Sales, purchase, income, expense, due, and payment records.
  • Customer, patient, supplier, and employee information.
  • Product, stock, ledger, invoice, and detailed treatment records.

c. Device & Technical Information

  • Device model, OS version, and IP address.
  • App version, crash reports, and usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

This data is used solely to provide the software functionality. We use it to:

  • Operate and maintain app functionality for your business.
  • Securely store and process your business and operational data.
  • Communicate updates, support, and new features.
  • Generate business reports and analytics.
  • Improve performance and prevent unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or use your information for third-party business purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

a. Cloud & Online Software

Data is stored securely on Soft Flux IT cloud servers (if enabled). We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure authentication protocols. Cloud users receive regular automated backups to prevent data loss. Authorized Soft Flux IT staff may access limited technical data strictly for troubleshooting and maintenance.

b. Offline Software

All data is stored locally on your own devices or local servers. Soft Flux IT has absolutely no access to this locally stored data.

Note: While we use enterprise-grade security protocols for online data, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share data in the following strict scenarios:

  • When required by law, court order, or government authority in Bangladesh.
  • With your explicit consent (e.g., integrations like SMS API or Payment Gateways).
  • With trusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Subscription & Data Retention Policy

For online/cloud users, we retain data while your account or subscription is active. If a subscription is not renewed within 10 days of expiry, we are not liable for data retention. If an account remains expired or inactive for 6+ months, we reserve the right to archive or permanently delete the data after providing prior notice. Please ensure timely renewals.

6. Your Rights and Control

  • You have the right to view, edit, and delete your business data within the software at any time.
  • You can request a full account and data deletion by emailing softfluxit@gmail.com from your registered email address.
  • Warning: Deleted data cannot be restored. Please ensure you back up your reports before requesting a deletion.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our web applications and cloud portals may use cookies to maintain active sessions, remember your preferences, and measure system analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some software features may require them to function correctly.

8. Third-Party Services

We may utilize verified third-party tools such as Google Analytics (usage insights), Firebase Crashlytics (error tracking), and SSL Wireless/Bkash/Nagad Payment Gateway Services (secure subscription renewals). These providers follow their own strict privacy policies.

9. Children’s Privacy

Soft Flux IT's enterprise software is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data directly from minors. If a minor has provided data without authorization, please contact us for immediate removal.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to comply with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
